Refunds may be considered for initial plan charges requested within 14 days of the first successful paid billing event, unless misuse, policy abuse, or prohibited activity is identified.

Non-refundable scenarios

We may decline refunds for repeat refund requests, chargebacks, account abuse, or cases where platform terms are violated.

How to request a refund

Refund method

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary based on the payment provider and issuing bank.
